Enjoy this classic of Mexican cuisine: delicious pata de patato tostadas with refried beans, pickled chili peppers, cream and cheese that will leave you wanting for another.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups foot, for the leg toast
  • 1 cup onion, filleted, for the leg toast
  • 1/4 cups carrot, pickled, for toast of leg
  • 1/4 cups chili, pickled, for toast of leg
  • 1 cup cabbage, for the toast
  • 1/2 cups white vinegar, for the leg toast
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, for the leg toast
  • enough refried beans, for the toast
  • enough cream, for the leg toast
  • enough cheese, for the leg toast
  • to taste green sauce, for the toast

Preparation

For the pata toast, in a bowl, place the leg, add the onion, add the carrot, chili peppers, cabbage, chili peppers, vinegar, oregano season with salt and pepper and let it rest for 30 minutes.
On toast add refried beans, the leg, cream, cheese and sauce.

PRESENTATION

On a wooden board, accompanied by a hibiscus water.

TIPS

It is important that you let the leg rest so that it softens.
