Preparation
In a bowl mix flour with sugar, salt, oil and water. Knead until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
Spread the dough on a floured surface until it reaches a thickness of 3 mm, using a cutter, cut circles.
Fill some with romeritos, others with cod and others with turkey. Close and braid with your fingers.
In a small pot heat oil over medium heat and fry the empanadas for about 5 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper and serve.
