  • 10 pieces of date for the stuffing

  • 1/2 Cup of black olive cut into slices, for cheese ball
  • 1 Cup of sesame seed white, for the cheese ball
  • 1 Cup of pistachio for the cheese ball

  • enough of Brie cheese cut into triangles, for the assembly
  • enough of Ham virginia, cut into cubes, for assembly
  • enough of bread sticks for the the assembly
  • enough of bread artisan, for the assembly
  • enough of Marbú® cookies multigrain, for assembly
  • enough of rosemary for the assembly
  • enough of Serrano ham for the assembly
  • enough of cheese of different types, for assembly
  • enough of apricot jam for the assembly

    Preparation

    Regarding the dates, on a table fill them with the goat cheese and wrap each one with the serrano ham and insert with a wooden stick.
    On a board, cover the grapes with the goat cheese until it forms a ball and sprinkle with the chopped walnuts and reserve.
    For Serrano brochettes, insert the ham rolls onto a toothpick, followed by a cube of cheese, an olive and a cherry tomato. Reservation.
    On the other hand, insert the figs and a triangle of brie cheese on a toothpick, form toothpick skewers and reserve.
    Soften the cream cheese mix the olives and form a small ball. Cover with sesame and pistachio.
    Serve the snacks on a board and along with pepperoni, salami, grapes, cheeses, ham, bread sticks, artisan bread, cookies, rosemary, ham and jam. It serves.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve everything on a table and decorate with fresh rosemary, fresh fruits, crackers and bread.
