Regarding the dates, on a table fill them with the goat cheese and wrap each one with the serrano ham and insert with a wooden stick.
On a board, cover the grapes with the goat cheese until it forms a ball and sprinkle with the chopped walnuts and reserve.
For Serrano brochettes, insert the ham rolls onto a toothpick, followed by a cube of cheese, an olive and a cherry tomato. Reservation.
