Empanadas for the Reheated

Do you have overheated and do not know what to do with it? You will not have to worry now with these fried empanadas of cod, romeritos and turkey, so crispy that it will be impossible to resist. Accompany them with the salsita of your preference.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of flour for the mass of the empanadas
  • 2 spoonfuls of sugar for the mass of the empanadas
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt for the mass of the empanadas
  • 1/4 of Cup of oil for the mass of the empanadas
  • 1 Cup of Water for the mass of the empanadas
  • 1 Cup of flour to extend
  • 2 cups of Romeritos to fill
  • 2 cups of cod to fill
  • 2 cups of Turkey to fill
  • enough of oil to fry

    Preparation

    In a bowl mix flour with sugar, salt, oil and water. Knead until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
    Spread the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 3 mm, using a cutter, cut circles.
    Fill some with romeritos, others with cod and others with turkey. Close and braid with your fingers.
    In a small pot heat oil over medium heat and fry the empanadas for about 5 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper and serve.
