Potatoes are one of the most consumed foods around the world, thanks to the ease they have to combine with any type of dish, from stews to fried foods. One of the ways in which this food is consumed is fried and it is super delicious, but many people get tired of having to do the same thing always to prepare the potatoes in this way. Therefore we will show you a delicious recipe so you can vary the traditional fries. It is the yucón potatoes, we assure you that after trying them you will not want to stop preparing them. An ideal recipe to share with your loved ones.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 4 pieces of potato cut into segments
  • 1/2 Cup of Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • 4 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of Salt

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Grease a large baking sheet.
    Place the potato wedges in a bowl and sprinkle with the olive oil.
    In a smaller bowl mix garlic powder and salt, sprinkle the cheese over the potatoes and then add the salt and garlic mixture. Move so that the segments are completely spiced.
    After the potatoes are well seasoned, place the pieces on the greased tray. Position the potatoes with the skin facing down and the inside pointing upwards. Bake 25-30 minutes or until they are golden brown.

    TIPS

    You can add ketchup, ranchera sauce, blue cheese sauce with fresh cilantro or parsley to accompany the potatoes.
