The corn cobs in Mexico are a very popular preparation that is consumed in much of the country. Prepare these original corn full of flavor for any celebratiom! For this recipe you will need spicy mayonnaise and ypour favourite chips! Do not hesitate to try these delicious and original recipe.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 liters of Water
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 4 pieces of corn white, clean
  • 1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise
  • 4 spoonfuls of spicy sauce
  • 1 Cup of Cheetos
  • 1 Cup of Doritos
  • 1 Cup of Tostitos
  • 1 Cup of Takis
  • to taste of green lemon

    Preparation

    Heat a pot with the water, add the salt and cook the corn kernels until they are soft. Chill and reserve.
    In a bowl mix the mayonnaise with the spicy sauce until it is integrated. Reserve.
    Place the potatoes in a plastic bag and crush with a wooden shovel until a fine powder forms. Reserve.
    Place the corn on a board and insert a wooden stick, cover with lemon and mayonnaise, sprinkle with the mashed potatoes of your choice.
    Serve, share and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the corn with lemon and more fritters.

    TIPS

    You can mix your mayonnaise with everything you want to spice it up.
