  • 500 grams of puff pastry
  • 500 grams of huitlacoche corn mushroom clean and chopped

  • 3 teaspoons of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 branch of epazote
  • 1 Cup of corn kernels
  • 1 teaspoonful of chicken consommé
  • 1 piece of egg
  • Salt
  • black pepper

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Spray a pan with 2 PAM® Original shots and fry the onion, garlic and huitlacoche, let it simmer, add the corn with the epazote branch. Season with the consommé, and season with salt. Cool and set aside.
    Stretch the puff pastry with a rolling pin, with a glass cut small circles, sprinkle each circle with a shot of PAM® Butter and put a spoonful of the filling, close and mark the edge with a fork.
