The cheese melted with mushrooms is delicious in tacos to accompany any meal.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 80 grams mushroom, cut into slices or into 4
  • 2 cups manchego cheese, grated
  • 12 flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon oil, to sauté the mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon Maggi juice

Preparation

Sauté the mushrooms and season them with a little maggi.
In a refractory or clay pot, place the cheese with the mushrooms. Cover with aluminum foil and put on a low heat until the cheese begins to melt. Uncover and cook another 2 minutes or until the cheese melts completely.
Serve hot with flour tortillas so everyone can prepare their tacos. It can also be served with a spicy Mexican sauce.
