Cut the baguette into long strips and two cm wide.
Melt the butter in the microwave for about 15 seconds.
In the bowl of the butter, add two cloves of chopped garlic , the oregano, basil, thyme, a teaspoon of sea salt. Mix well until integrating.
Place wax paper on a baking sheet. Distribute the bread sticks and varnish them with the butter mixture using a brush.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and freshly ground pepper.
Bake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
For the marinara sauce: Stack the tomatoes, that is, make a cross at the bottom and put them to cook in boiling water for 5 min. This way you can remove the skin more easily. Remove the pulp and cut them into cubes.
Blend the tomato with 1 cup of 1 cup Catsup Clemente Jacques ®. Bring the mixture to the fire and season with oregano, salt, chopped garlic and pepper to taste.
