This is a great three-tier sandwich that is cut into quarters and presented in the shape of a cross or lining up the portions to show an elongated sandwich. It is usually accompanied with potatoes and is a classic to eat during a trip or in a cafeteria that you can now make at home.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 8 slices Smoked FUD® Bacon
  • 1 chicken breast
  • enough vegetal oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • enough White bread, of box
  • enough butter, molten
  • 4 slices Manchego cheese FUD®
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • enough mayonnaise
  • 6 slices FUD® turkey breast, 450 g
  • 4 slices beefsteak tomato, firm
  • 1 cup Italian lettuce
  • enough toothpick, to hold
  • enough potato, French, to accompany
  • to taste ketchup

Preparation

Fry the FUD® smoked bacon in a skillet over medium heat. Reservation.
Season the chicken breast with vegetable oil, grill the chicken for 10 minutes, cut into strips and reserve.
Varnish a pan (or griddle) with butter and grill the bread for 3 minutes.
To assemble the sandwich, spread the slices of bread with mayonnaise, place the Manchego cheese, the cheddar cheese, the FUD® turkey breast 450 g, the chicken breast, the FUD® smoked bacon, the tomato and the lettuce, place the bread and repeat the process to build another floor. Secure with chopsticks and cut the sandwich into triangles.
Serve the sandwich with French fries and ketchup.

PRESENTATION

The sandwich is cut into 4 pieces, in a triangular shape, which are held with toothpicks.

TIPS

Arrange the ingredients so that they can be held securely, without the sandwich melting.
