Flour tortilla rolls with breaded ham and cheese, a snack or dinner for a weekend or a day you want to dine something rich and fast. Try it for sure you will like it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 12 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 kilos Oaxaca cheese
  • 1/2 kilos Ham
  • 2 eggs
  • 400 grams ground bread
  • 1 cup oil, to fry

Preparation

Place a slice of ham with oaxaca cheese in the flour tortilla and roll it up, repeat this step until the tortillas are finished or until you have the tacos that you will consume.
On a plate place the bread crumbs, in a bowl beat the two eggs and once they are mixed empty on a plate where you can submerge the tacos.
Once soaked in the egg, pass them on the ground bread so that they are completely covered.
In a deep pan, place enough oil so that it covers at least half of the tacos and heat over low heat.
Once all the tacos are ready, place 2 in 2 (or those that fit in the pan) and move them evenly so that they are completely browned.
Then let it rest on a colander to remove all the surplus oil. It serves.

PRESENTATION

This toothpick can be accompanied with white or red spaghetti with a chipotle dressing.
