Prepare these delicious jicaletas as those of the corner cart. They are thick slices of jicama in the shape of a palette, accompanied by colored sugar or chilito powder, chamoy and lemon. Super fresh for this summer.

Preparation
In a bowl mix the sugar with the chili pepper ground, separate the preparation in small glass jars, add droplets of liquid dye to each bottle, separate by color, cover the bottle and shake several times until the color changes. Reservation.
On a board cut the jicama into thick slices, cut the slices with a cutter of different shapes. Insert the stick and reserve.
Dip the jicamas in the lemon juice and the liquid chamoy, cover with the chilitos of colors or only with chili powder.
