Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 cucumbers
  • 1 cup liquid chamoy
  • 1 cup chilli powder
  • 2 lemons, just the juice
  • 1/4 cups spicy gummy
  • 1/4 cups japanese peanut
  • 1/4 cups jicama, grated
  • 1/4 cups carrot, grated
  • 1/4 cups Corn fritters, (churrumais)
  • 1/4 cups Corn fritters, (takis)
  • 1/4 cups bean, From Chile
  • 1/4 cups mango, cut into cubes

Preparation

On a board with the help of a knife, peel and cut the cucumbers in half, with a spoon hollow the cucumber without getting completely to the bottom. Insert a pallette stick through the base.
Cover the cucumber palettes with the chamoy and chili powder. Reserve.
For the filling, in a bowl mix a little liquid chamoy with chili powder, lemon juice, gummies, peanuts, jicama, carrot, churritos, chili taquitos, beans and mango.
With the help of a spoon fill the pepilocas with the mix, place a little chamoy on the tip and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a base and present 3 together.

TIPS

When choosing your cucumbers take into account that the skin is dark green, avoids having dry tips and is yellow, this indicates that the cucumber already has a bitter taste.
