Meat Pancakes with Yogurt Dip

Simple and easy recipe combined with a rich yogurt dressing; excellent option to offer visitors. These balls of meat will surely love them.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 400 grams ground beef
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cups ground bread
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 cups natural yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Dried oregano
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix the meat with onion, parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
Form the pancakes with the mixture.
Pass the pancakes through the egg previously beaten to brew and fry in oil.
DIP: Combine yoghurt with oil, oregano and season with salt and pepper.
