These star-shaped nachos are made Mexican style with well refried beans and making us very patriotic, with the colors white, green and red. Usually I prepare them as snacks every time we meet with friends or family.

  • 10 corn tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups bean, Cooked
  • 1/2 onions
  • 100 grams panela cheese
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 avocados
  • fresh coriander
  • 2 chilis, in vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar, of the chile
  • 3 tablespoons cream
  • oils, to fry


We put a pot with enough oil to fry our stars putting it on medium low heat. Meanwhile Cut the corn tortillas with the star-shaped cutter and put them in the oil to which they are fried taking care that they are not too toasted or watered down. Since we have them, we take them out with great care not to burn with the oil and put them on a platon with paper napkins to absorb the fat.
On the other hand we put a pot or casserole with 3cds of corn oil over medium low heat. Chop the onion very small and the acitronamos in the oil since acitrono or doro a little bit we put the beans in the blender to which they are ground and we pass them to the frying pan of the onions and stir them very well to make them well refried.
To make the guacamole we peel the avocados and without the bone we put the pulp in the blender with two cds of cream or a splash of milk, wash and disinfect the cilantro and put it on, we put the chili in vinegar removing the seeds and the vinegar of the chile and we grind.
cut the panela cheese into small squares, cut the tomato, remove the seeds and make squares.
We assemble our stars by placing a capita of beans in the middle do not smear too many, then we put a small teaspoon of guacamole a square of cheese and finally a small tomato.


Do not waste the leftovers of the tortilla cuttings make thin strips leaving a picudite tip and frielas like the stars. Place one arrriba of each star fitting with the tip more picuda the square of tomato and cheese.
