The burritos con frijoles is a dish from the north of Mexico, being a very rich, cheap and rewarding preparation. This Mexican recipe is very traditional in the states bordering the United States, try it, you will see how rich they taste.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 100 grams pinto beans
  • 200 grams butter
  • jalapeno Peppers, to taste

Preparation

You heat the tortillas a little. Just to make it easier to fold them.
Preheat in a frying pan on the fire for a few minutes (1 to 3 minutes).
Add butter to one of the tortillas (about 1/2 tablespoon).
Put into the same tortilla about 4 tablespoons of previously cooked beans, the chili slices you want and salt to taste.
In the preheated pan put 2 tablespoons of butter. wait for it to melt.
The omelette with beans is folded into a burrito and you bend the tips inwards.
You will put the burrito in the pan with butter and wait 5 to 6 minutes for the tortilla to brown but do not burn.
