Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 cup Oil Oleic®
  • 3 tomatoes, medium
  • 3 carrots, big
  • 1/2 onions, big
  • 4 lemons
  • 1/2 cans chipotle sauce
  • 100 grams pork rind, to fry
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

Wash all the vegetables.
Grate the carrots (with the thickest part of the grater).
Chop the tomato and onion (in small cubes).
Stir in the carrots, tomatoes and onion.
Add the half a can of chipotle sauce, the juice of the lemons and the salt to taste.
Heat plenty of oleic oil (enough to submerge the fritters) until it moistens.
Take a few fries (between 6-7) and carefully put them in the hot oil.
When they have inflated, remove them (they burn quickly). Place them on an absorbent paper.

PRESENTATION

Each guest takes the fried food you want and a salad is served to your liking. It is preferable not to mix both beforehand because the fritters soften.

TIPS

The salad acquires better flavor when it is left to rest in the refrigerator about 20 minutes. If you want more spicy you can add chopped serrano chiles. It can also be accompanied with the botanera sauce that is preferred.
