Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/2 kilos flank steak
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 cubes beef broth
  • 8 chalupas (small stuffed fried tortillas), cooked
  • 1 cup green sauce
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • double cream cheeses, fallen apart
  • salt

Preparation

Cook the meat with half the onion, garlic and bouillon cubes until the meat is soft.
Slice the beef skirt and reserve.
Chop the other half of the onion.
Fry the chalupas in oil and add green sauce.
Then on top put the shredded meat.
Finally garnish with chopped onion and cheese.
