Avocado is my favorite ingredient in flavor and preparation. It is easy to combine it with sweet or salty. Making guacamole can be very simple preparation, but the final touch makes this guacamole the best of all.

Ingredients

20 portions
  • 4 avocados, hass, ripe for easy crushing
  • 1/4 onions, cooked in hot water
  • 6 serrano peppers, seedless and finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, cooked in hot water finely chopped
  • 1 lemon, its juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • sea ​​salt, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seed

Preparation

Grind the avocados and place them is a bowl. Reserve.
In a processor or blender, mix the onion, garlic, chilies, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil and salt.
Add the mixture to the avocados and integrate perfectly. Check seasoning.
Flatten the surface and add the sesame as a decoration.

PRESENTATION

Serve with toast or crackers. Ideal also for taquizas.

TIPS

To add a special touch, add 2 tablespoons of canned chili vinegar to the mixture. In addition to increasing the flavor, it also helps stop the oxidation of the avocado. When cooking the garlic in hot water, leave the skin.
