These traditional quesadillitas of dough stuffed with potatoes and chorizo ​​are very easy to prepare and they are also very tasty, they will be ready in a short time and you will surprise your family with the flavor of the filling and the crunchy texture of the dough.

  • 500 grams corn dough
  • 1 cup Water, or the amount needed
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 cup sausage
  • 2 cans potato, in cubes Del Monte®
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 1/2 cups lettuce, washed and disinfected. Finely chopped, to decorate
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, (to decorate)
  • 1/2 cups red sauce, Del Monte® (to decorate)
  • 1/2 cups panela cheese, grated (to decorate)


For the dough, knead the corn dough with a little water as required and combine with the baking powder, salt and pepper. Reserve.
In a pan over medium heat, fry the sausage for 5 minutes. Add the potatoes in cubes Del Monte and cook a few more minutes until they take color. Reserve.
Make small balls of dough and flatten them with a small board until you get an omelet. Fill with the potato with chorizo ​​and close.
In a small pot, heat the oil over high heat and fry the quesadillas on both sides until golden brown. Drains and passes through absorbent paper.
