Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1/2 kilos vegetable shortening
  • 1/2 kilos corn dough
  • 6 dried peppers
  • 3 tablespoons baking soda
  • 2 cans refried beans
  • sesame seeds
  • chicken soup
  • 10 corn leaves
  • salt
  • 1 avocado, cut into small cubes

Preparation

Beat the butter until acremar; add the dough little by little, enough chicken broth, baking powder, salt to taste and beat well.
Toast the sesame seeds with the chilies and grind them together with the beans.
Make some balls. On the corn leaves (washed and drained), spread a little dough, put a bean bag and make the tamale. Cut the tips to the leaves and steam.
Decorate the tamale with the cubed avocado and a little cream.

Favor de sugerir en que hacerlo en holla express o bote tamalero o en qué se puede grasias es lo primero que boy aprender hacer nunca e cocinado nada grasias

Una disculpa Inés ya se agrego el ingrediente. Es recomendable poner el aguacate al final para evitar que se oxide.
