Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 chicken
  • 1 kilo corn dough
  • 200 grams ancho chili pepper
  • 250 grams vegetable shortening
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 12 corn leaves
  • salt
  • 3 whole cloves

Preparation

Cook the chicken hash with salt and onion.
Boil the chili with the tomato and grind with cloves and peppers, fry and add the chicken with salt to taste.
Beat the dough with butter and chicken broth (it should be thick). Soak the corn leaves for half an hour; Drain and place a thin layer of dough and a spoonful of stew on each sheet; fold and cook for half an hour.
