Mini Empanadas de Chistorra

Delicious patties of chistorra with Oaxaca cheese and accompanied by chimichurri.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • chimichurris
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 300 grams of Oaxaca cheese
  • 500 grams of chistorra chorizo sausage
  • 18 pieces of mini empanada

    Preparation

    Finely chop the onion, heat it in a hot pan, add the chopped chistorra and let it cook, until it releases all possible fat, let cool.
    Break the cheese. In each pie disk, place a part of cheese and another of chistorra, close and seal the edges of the empanada, fry in a hot pan, and serve with a little chimichurri.
