A few cups of Avocado and Salmon Mousse are a very elegant snack option that you can serve any day you want to impress your guests.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 avocados, big
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups onion, chopped
  • 1/2 lemons
  • 1 1/2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 3/4 cups Water, boiling
  • to taste salt, to taste
  • smoked salmon
  • fresh dill, to decorate
  • olive oils, to decorate
  • capers, to decorate

Preparation

Put in the blender and process the avocados, the mayonnaise, the onion, the lemon juice, the salt and the gelatin melted in boiling water.
Spread a few cups with cooking oil.
Empty the avocado mixture in small glasses, cover and put in the refrigerator for a minimum of 12 hours before serving.
Arrange a little salmon on top, a little olive oil, a few caramels and decorate with a sprig of dill.

PRESENTATION

Arrange the glasses in a tray with spoons on one side and give to the guests.
