Cut a large plastic bag in half, put the cream cheese on top of one and cover with the other part of the bag. With a rolling pin, stretch the cream cheese to a size that will cover the pâté.
Remove the wrapper from the package and put it on top of the cream cheese.
Roll the cream cheese to cover all the pâté.
Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds.
