The shrimp and jocoque mousse can be served in individual dishes as an appetizer or as a large snack.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 Philadephia cheese
  • 150 grams shrimp, Cooked and diced
  • 2 lemons, its juice
  • 100 grams jocoque
  • 8 olives
  • 40 grams walnut, chopped
  • 7 grams gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Preparation

Mix the jocoque, cheese, lemon juice and olive oil.
Add the shrimp and the walnut.
Add the grenetina and the other ingredients. mix well.
Pour into a mold and refrigerate. Once solidified demold.
