Ingredients

  • 1/4 cups apple vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon English sauce
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 4 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 chicken breast, without bone and without skin
  • 1 package Tostitos® Nachos Snacks
  • 1 cup manchego cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups chives, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/4 cups pickled jalapeño pepper, sliced

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Add to a bowl the ingredients of the bbq sauce, mix well, add the chicken breasts and bathe with the sauce, marina 15 minutes in refrigeration. Reserve a little for the armed.
Heat a grill over high heat and cook the breasts, when they are cooked, place them on a board and cut into strips. Reservation.
Fill your container with a layer of Tostitos® Nachos Snacks, add the previously cooked chicken, add more bbq sauce, cover with Manchego cheese and repeat the desired number of layers.
Gratin in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted, remove from the oven and decorate with finely chopped chives. Serve with cream, jalapeño peppers and enjoy.
