Preparation
Prepare the beans in a skillet with a little onion. While it prepares the green sauce or put it to heat if it is that the purchases made.
In a baking tray, distribute the beans in the center, around them throw the tortillas and cover with some.
Pour the sauce over the tortillas and beans, sprinkle the freshly shredded or crumbled cheese on top. Bake at 180ºC just to grill the cheese.
Take the nachos out of the oven, serve on a plate taking care of enough beans, put the guacamole on top and serve hot.
For the guacamole: In a bowl serve the avocado without the shell, finely chopped onion, a little salt and a few drops of lemon, stir well until incorporated. It serves.
