  • 1 bag Totopes Lord Cactus®
  • 1 cup refried black beans
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup tomtato, finely chopped
  • 1 cup nopal, Cooked and cut in cubes
  • 1/4 cups epazote, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups serrano pepper, cut into slices
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pinches black pepper
  • 3 pinches salt
  • 2 cups flank steak, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups manchego cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups green tomato, cut in quarters
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 lemons, just the juice
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Empty the Cactus® Totopos bag on an oven tray and spread out.
Divide the beans over all the nachos.
Mix in a bowl, the onion, the tomato, the nopales, the epazote, the chile serrano, the olive oil and season. Add this mixture on the chips well distributed.
Heat the oil in a pan over high heat, add the flank steak and fry until it is cooked for 10 minutes, season and remove. Distribute the flank steak on the nachos.
Add the cheeses on the chips trying to cover perfectly.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes, until the cheese melts.
Blend the tomato with the avocado, the lemon juice, season and pour in a sauceboat.


Serve the center of the table and accompany with tomato sauce and agucate.


You can use natural jerky if you do not want arrachera.
