  • 2 avocados, for the guacamole
  • 1/3 cups lemon juice, for the guacamole
  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander, finely chopped, for the guacamole
  • 1/4 cups tomtato, cut into small cubes, for guacamole
  • 1/4 cups bacon, fried, finely chopped, for guacamole
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder, for the guacamole
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper, for the guacamole
  • 2 white onions, cut into thick rings
  • 1 cup flour, to bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs, to bread
  • 1 cup oil, to fry
  • to taste sour cream
  • to taste lemon, To accompany


In a bowl mix all the ingredients of guacamole, season to your liking and reserve in refrigeration.
Place the onion rings on a greased tray and fill with guacamole, freeze until the center is solid, about 1 hour and a half.
Cover the already frozen rings with flour, dip in the egg and cover with panko. Reservation.
In a deep pot, heat the oil and fry the breaded rings, remove the excess fat. Serve and enjoy.


Serve with a little cream and a few drops of lemon.


Freeze the rings with the guacamole, so you can bake them.
