Preparation
Heat the oil in a pot, so that it warms up while preparing the rings.
Mix Gamesa® Hotcakes, milk, egg and butter. Mix them with a blender until there is a homogeneous mixture without lumps.
Add salt and pepper and continue whisking. Reserve mix.
Cut the onion in the size of width that is your preference.
Separate the onion rings.
Pass the rings through flour, ensuring they are fully covered.
Pass the rings through the previously reserved mixture.
Add them to the pan or pot with hot oil, once the rings are golden without being burned, put them on a plate with a napkin to remove the excess oil.
