This is the richest and easiest recipe I have found to make the dough for pizza at home. The dough is light, and thin.

Preparation
Start by making the pizza dough. In a deep bowl, mix the hot water with the yeast and allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
In a food processor mix flour, sugar and salt. Add the yeast and the olive oil and mix until you get a sticky mass.
Sprinkle a clean surface with flour and knead the dough until it no longer sticks.
Place the dough in a deep bowl covered with olive oil. Cover with egapak and let the dough rise for 1 hour, the dough triples in size.
Pre warm the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
Prepare 2 small circles or one large one with waxed paper and grease the paper with a little olive oil and flour.
Work the dough to obtain a thin circle and place on the base.
Cover your bae with the tomato sauce, the cut tomatoes, the basil, and the cheeses. Bake for 10 minutes or until the dough is already lightly browned.
