  • 125 grams onion
  • 60 grams leek
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 220 grams spinach
  • 20 grams pinion
  • 50 grams raisin, sultana
  • 50 grams goat cheese, chopped
  • enough oil

  • 1 egg, to varnish

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Brown the garlic and pine nuts. Reservation. In the same oil, cook onion and leeks over low heat.
