  • 1/2 cups red onion
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 cups Chile chipotle milled
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons chives
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • enough Gamesa® Cookies Saladitas
  • enough coriander, to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl mix the shredded chicken with the cream cheese, red onion, cream, white vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard, chipotle, lemon juice, chives, salt and pepper.
