Preparation
Boil the water, pour the prunes, hydrate them. Add the piloncillo and stir until diluted.
Empty the plums, the piloncillo and a little water where you boiled, if necessary. In the blender, add the chipotle chilies (if you want more spicy add more chilies), the pinch of salt and blend until smooth.
Put the cream cheese on a plate and pour the sauce, reheat in the microwave and decorate with the cookies around.
