Plum Sauce Picosita with Cheese

It is a simple salsita to bathe a large cream cheese and serve with cookies (ritz or similar).

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 200 grams seedless prune
  • 1/3 cups Water
  • 2 chipotle chilies
  • 100 grams piloncillo
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 package cream cheese, large (90GR)

Preparation

Boil the water, pour the prunes, hydrate them. Add the piloncillo and stir until diluted.
Empty the plums, the piloncillo and a little water where you boiled, if necessary. In the blender, add the chipotle chilies (if you want more spicy add more chilies), the pinch of salt and blend until smooth.
Put the cream cheese on a plate and pour the sauce, reheat in the microwave and decorate with the cookies around.

TIPS

You can do the same, changing the prunes for strawberry jam or apricot jam.
