Potato croquettes with ham

Prepare these delicious potato and ham croquettes with Manchego cheese that your children will love. They are easy to make and you can do them in advance to get out of trouble with your children's lunch. Surely they will love it.

Ingredients

  • 3 pieces of potato cooked and hot
  • 1 Cup of Manchego cheese grated
  • 1 Cup of cream cheese
  • 1 Cup of Ham cut into cubes
  • 1/4 of Cup of coriander finely chopped
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • enough of flour to bread
  • enough of egg to bread
  • enough of ground bread to bread
  • enough of oil to fry

    Preparation

    In a bowl, mash the cooked potatoes until you get a puree, add the cheeses, the ham, the cilantro, the salt and the pepper and integrate well. Form balls of approximately 15 grams with the help of your hands.
    Beat the croquettes through flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
    Heat the oil in a deep pot and fry the balls until golden, remove from the frying and remove the excess fat with absorbent paper.
