Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 kilo potato
  • 100 grams butter
  • 2 bunches spinach, cooked
  • 1 jar mayonnaise
  • 10 olives
  • 2 branches parsley, to decorate

Preparation

The potatoes are cooked peeled and with salt, crushed and added the diluted butter and a little salt if necessary.
The spinach is cooked with salt and drained.
The potatoes with the butter is spread on a plastic one finger thick, you put half of the mayonnaise and spinach, it is rolled little by little.
It is emptied to a platter and covered with the rest of the mayonnaise, with a fork in the form of cracks and garnished with olives and parsley.

PRESENTATION

It fits in a platon, with crackers.

TIPS

You can add cubed ham to the filling.
