Preparation
The potatoes are cooked peeled and with salt, crushed and added the diluted butter and a little salt if necessary.
The spinach is cooked with salt and drained.
The potatoes with the butter is spread on a plastic one finger thick, you put half of the mayonnaise and spinach, it is rolled little by little.
It is emptied to a platter and covered with the rest of the mayonnaise, with a fork in the form of cracks and garnished with olives and parsley.
