Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup French fries, natural
  • 1 cup French fries, marinated
  • 1/2 cups japanese peanut
  • 1 cup churrito
  • 1/2 cups jicama, clean, cut into medium cubes
  • 1/2 cups cucumber, no skin, no seeds; cut into medium cubes
  • 1/2 cups chili gummy
  • 2 cups shrimp
  • liquid seasoning
  • 1/2 cups fresh cheese, grated
  • lime juice
  • La Botanera ® Sauce Reduced in Sodium

Preparation

In a plate, mix the natural potatoes with the marinated potatoes, the Japanese peanuts and the churritos; Add the jicama, cucumber, enchilada gummies, and shrimp, then add lemon juice and queso fresco. Bathe the potatoes with La Botanera ® Reduced Sodium Sauce and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Decorate the potato plate with all the toppings and bathe with La Botanera® Reduced Sodium Sauce.
