It is a very rich whim to watch movies or a Sunday afternoon in the afternoon apart they are very filling.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 100 grams pork rinds, raw
  • 1/4 cabbages, or of disinfected picaday lettuce
  • 1 half and half cream
  • 100 grams cheese, grated dry
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • valentina sauce
  • oils, necessary to fry

Preparation

Fry the pasta for the pork rinds, once the fat has been drained.
Then put in a platter for each person. And put over cabbage or lettuce, cream, mayonnaise and cheese.

PRESENTATION

In a platter put the pork rinds on top, put the cabbage or the lettuce with the cream, the mayonnaise, the cheese and the valentina sauce.

TIPS

If you have esquite, you can throw it on top of the pork rinds with yellow cheese and avocado on top of the cabbage and everything else.
