Ingredients

32 portions
  • 300 grams puff pastry, thawed
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 onion, cut in julienne
  • 2 peaches, in slices
  • 150 grams Fontina cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon thyme

Preparation

Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, add the onions and salt and cook for 5 minutes or until the onion is soft. Add the peaches and mix. Lower the heat and cook for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade. Place the puff sheet on a clean surface and cut into 16 squares. Cut the squares in half to get 32 ​​triangles. Place them on a baking sheet.
Place a spoonful of the peach mixture on each triangle and sprinkle some cheese and thyme. Bake for 15 minutes and serve. 3

PRESENTATION

Serve the triangles in a platter decorated with Christmas flowers.
