This rich snack is very easy to prepare. The puff pastry is already bought in the supermarket and baked with goat cheese, caramelized onions, jam and pine nuts.

Preparation
In a saucepan melt the butter over medium heat, add the onions and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the butter begins to boil, lower to a low heat and cook 15 more minutes or until the onions are caramelized.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
On a clean surface sprinkle a little flour and with a rolling pin scatter the puff pastry.
With a knife or a pizza cutter cut the dough into wide squares (about 7 x 7 cm) and place them on a baking tray previously greased with a little butter or vegetable spray.
Place 1 tablespoon of marmalade on each square, 1 tablespoon of caramelized onions, a slice of goat cheese and 4-5 pine nuts.
Bake the snack for 10 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden and the cheese is semi-melted.
