Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams Oaxaca cheese
  • 2 Green Chiles
  • 1/2 onions
  • olive oils
  • black pepper
  • 2 lemons

Preparation

Chop all the oaxaca cheese in strips of 5 cm.
Finely chop the green chile and onion.
Stir the Oaxacan cheese with the chili and onion. Then add a drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice.
Add a little pepper and ready.
