Rajas chilaca chili, is the perfect garnish to accompany chicken or meat. I love preparing these slices of chili, they are very tasty.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo chilaca chili, or chile california
  • 1 onion, girl
  • 2 squares chicken bouillon cube
  • 250 grams sour cream
  • 100 grams mennonite cheese (Chihuahua cheese)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tomatoes, red
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 glass Water

Preparation

They start to toast the chiles, peel and cut into slices.
Cut the tomato into cubes, the onion into slices and the garlic into thin slices.
Stew the tomato, onion and garlic in the hot oil, and stewed the water and cubes of chicken, salt and pepper.
When everything is boiling, the cream and the cheese are cut into cubes.
And ready!
