Preparation
They start to toast the chiles, peel and cut into slices.
Cut the tomato into cubes, the onion into slices and the garlic into thin slices.
Stew the tomato, onion and garlic in the hot oil, and stewed the water and cubes of chicken, salt and pepper.
When everything is boiling, the cream and the cheese are cut into cubes.
And ready!
