Preparation
Boil 2 cups of water with half of the mint leaves in a pot. Boil for 5 minutes and remove from heat, cool.
Take the mint tea and mix with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the slices of melon into large cubes (as in the photo) and roll a strip of ham around each cube.
