  • 2 egg yolks, to varnish the bread
  • 1/2 cups milk, to varnish the bread
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise, with chipotle
  • 2 cups Ham
  • 2 cups yellow cheese, in slices
  • 2 cups pineapple, in triangles
  • 1/3 cups butter, cast
  • French fries, To accompany

Preparation

Mix the flour with salt, yeast and milk in a blender with a hook; add the butter, beat until incorporated and form an elastic dough. Transfer to a greased container and cover with non-stick plastic, rest for 30 minutes or until double size.

Re-varnish the buns and bake for 30 minutes at 190 ° C. Remove from the oven and cool.
