Ingredients

  • 4 cups wheat flour, for the bread
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, for the bread
  • 1 tablespoon dry yeast, for the bread
  • 1 1/2 cups milk, for the bread
  • 1 cup butter, soft for bread
  • 2 egg yolks, to varnish the bread
  • 1/2 cups milk, to varnish the bread
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise, with chipotle
  • 2 cups ham
  • 2 cups american cheese, in slices
  • 2 cups pineapple, in triangles
  • 1/3 cups butter, melted
  • fried potato, To accompany

Preparation

Mix the flour with the salt, yeast and milk in a hook mixer; add the butter, beat until incorporated and form an elastic dough. Transfer to a greased container and cover with non-stick plastic, rest for 30 minutes or until doubled.
Make a glaze for the bread with the yolks and milk. Put the dough, divide it and make balls of 40 grams, approximately, with the help of your hands and on a floured surface. Arrange on a greased tray, varnish with the mixture and rest for 15 minutes; make sure the dough doesn't dry out.
Re-varnish the buns and bake for 30 minutes at 190 ° C. Remove from the oven and cool.
On a cut board the bread, spread with the chipotle mayonnaise, then place the cheese, the ham and the pineapple; Cover with bread, glaze with butter and bake at 190 ° C, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Accompany with potatoes and your favorite drink.
