Ingredients

12 portions
  • 4 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cups hot sauce
  • 1/4 cups Water
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups dressing, ranch
  • 6 stems celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cups blue cheese, in pieces
  • 12 slices bread
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated

Preparation

Mix the chicken, hot sauce and water in a saucepan; Cook them, stirring occasionally, over medium heat for 5 minutes or until they are completely hot.
In a bowl mix the mayonnaise and the dressing in between. Add celery and blue cheese.
Pour the chicken mixture over 6 slices of bread and top with the cheddar cheese, the dressing and cover with the other slices of bread.
