Ingredients

4 portions
  • 8 pumpkins, Italian
  • 200 grams manchego cheese
  • 250 grams Turkey ham, chopped
  • cooking spray oils
  • garlic salt, (ground) to taste

Preparation

Slice the pumpkins along so that they are like sandwich tops. Once the sliced ​​pumpkins are fried in the pan with the cooking spray, add the garlic salt on both sides for approximately 10 minutes. Once we have our tapas, we add a tapa and add the ham and manchego cheese to taste, top of those ingredients one more tapa and repeat until our sandwich has 3 tapas. And finally, for the cheese to melt, we put the sandiwch in the microwave oven approx. 35 to 40 seconds depending on the capacity of the oven.
