Enchipotlados Shrimp Sandwich

If you are a lover of sandwiches do not miss this incredible version with enchipotlados shrimp that in addition to its extraordinary flavor, are very creamy. Prepare this dish for any time of the day, it will fascinate you.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 of piece of onion grilled
  • 1 tooth of Garlic roast
  • 1 piece of tomato roast
  • 1/4 of Cup of marinated chipotle chile
  • 1/4 of Cup of Orange juice
  • 1/2 kilo of medium shrimp clean and without peel
  • 1/2 Cup of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoonful of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Pepper
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Garlic finely chopped
  • 4 spoonfuls of Mayonnaise Hellmann's® Real
  • 4 pieces of rustic bread
  • 1/2 Cup of refried beans
  • 1 piece of avocado in sheets

    Preparation

    For the sauce, blend the onion with the garlic, the tomato, the chipotle pepper and the orange juice. Reservation.
    Marinade the shrimp in a bowl with the lemon juice, Knorr® Swiss chicken broth and pepper about 10 minutes.
    Heat a pan over medium heat with the olive oil and cook the garlic a minute, add the shrimp without the marinade, cook 3 minutes and add the sauce. Once the boil is gone, reduce the heat and cook until thick.
    Remove from heat and add Mayonnaise Hellmann's® Classical, mix and rectify seasoning. Reservation.
    Open the bread in half and spread the bases with a little hot refried beans, add the shrimp mixture and finish with slices of avocado. It serves.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the sandwich with a little refried beans and avocado.

    TIPS

    Do not overcook the shrimp, as they could get chewy.
