Preparation
Cut the slices of pineapple in syrup, in pieces and reserve.
Cut into thin julienne: carrot, onion and pore and sauté them in a pan, together with sesame oil, add a teaspoon of finely chopped ginger, let cook a little and add, the rice vinegar and soy sauce to season, let cool a little and add a teaspoon of sesame. Reserve.
In a pan put the slices of bread, with butter on both sides, until golden brown and reserved.
2 slices of ham are put on 4 loaves and on the ham a good amount of the sautéed vegetables is put, on the vegetables are put some pineapple tops in syrup, the bread is covered making 4 sandwiches, and on each sandwich it is put a slice of manchego cheese so that it is put in the oven for 4 or 5 minutes and in this way THE GRATINADO IS OUTSIDE.
